A specialized QR code scanning app for use in conjunction with the permanent ID cards issued by Circumscribe LLC. The Circumscribe LLC QR code can be recognized by the compasses icon which appears in the center of the QR code. Although this is a free app, it is not intended as a general-purpose code scanning app, and will only yield a meaningful result when used to scan Circumscribe LLC generated QR codes.
